Okay, so I think it’s about time that I start watching my figure. I’m not getting any bigger but I need to be healthier and I want a flatter tummy.
I’m going to start cutting out sodas and I’m going to try to drink more water. It won’t be too hard because I don’t really drink sodas to begin with but I drink a lot of iced tea. It’s not bad but eh.
I’m going to start eating breakfast or maybe just a snack. That’s actually going to be hard because I feel nauseous when I eat in the morning but I do find that I have a little more energy.
I’m going to attempt to do some sort of workout whether it’s an ab workout or cardio; something will be done. It’s going to be a little harder now though because I have a job (that feels so good to say) but I’ll work around.
